Permission error ( [Errno 13] Permission denied ) when setting option 'reject_old= True'

Hi,

I am having some problems with the following setting:

When setting option 'reject_old= True' give the following error :
[Errno 13] Permission denied 'C:\Users\ANDREA1\AppData\Local\Temp\tmpcoaoqmxd'
(Note that ANDREA1 is not my actual username)

Do you know why this can happen?
