Describe the desired documentation change

The README.md links to the non-latest documentation, while bpt.pizza links to the latest version. I bring this up since the old downloading tutorial (which has already been updated) uses the outdated dds.pizza/get/ links. I suppose the README link could be updated, the latest docs could be pushed, or a "viewing older docs" header could be added to older pages?
