[DOCS] Redirect dds.pizza to bpt.pizza

I think it would be best to add a redirect from https://dds.pizza to https://bpt.pizza, since the former website is still up and displays the tool as named "DDS", which can be confusing as to why the tool has two different names and websites.

Context: I knew of this tool as dds from the original blog post, but never got to it. I bookmarked the website, but never got to try it until recently. When I clicked in the Github link, it jumped to this repository (which is now named vector-of-bool/bpt and it confused me significantly. The name change isn't documented anywhere, not even the documentation aside from this issue which took me a while to find.
