Some issues have been fixed in SPIRV-Cross since veldrid-spirv 1.0.13 was released, including this issue with structs when compiling to HLSL.
It's also possible that this feature might be needed to fix #14
(Both of these changes were done to SPIRV-Cross a few days after veldrid-spirv 1.0.13 was released)
