Web API Documentation OZW 672 #3
Comments
Hallo Adriana, no, unfortunatelly I dont have any API documentation, but there are guys who probably have (i found some discussion and <https://community.home-assistant.io/u/venca.kratky> venca.kratky helped me a lot) while searching for boiler water heater setting in Home Assistant /github and key words „OZW server“ or „Siemens integration“.
I found (for me sufficient info) that the web API can be reached on the same IP address as normal siemens web server page, just after the IP address is the /main.app and the API will open, then you need to login again (login is the same as to web server)
And then you can read the list of settings and under it the exact datapoint…
While reading the datapoint you need to get the four digits key for it from API and. When yuo find the key you use it in HA settings yaml to define the correct read address for your sensor…
So far I created and I am continuously reading approx. 50 different sensors from OZW and I use them for detailed monitoring of the heatpump, and heating parameters in the house. Still a lot of work ahead of me, but at least started somewhere… the rest is mostly a matter of time (or amount of time I want to spend with it… 😊)

Hello,
I have been reading your comments on the HA forum and I am trying myself to access the web api from the OZW Web Server 775 and I encountered multiple issues. Is it possible, if you have available the specific documentation for the web api for the OZW Web Server 672 to provide me with it?
Also, I have been trying to find the Settings -> Communication -> Services option but it is not visible. Do you have any idea as to why and if a firmware update could solve this issue?
Any information that you could provide me with is very useful.
Thank you very much.
Kind regards,
Adriana
