升级0.46.011后不能下载dler的配置文件

升级到0.46.011后，以前正常的dler订阅配置文件一直下载失败没法使用，切换到另外一个机场订阅地址就没问题。
在电脑、手机上用其他clash客户端，能够正常下载使用。
哪位大佬知道这是什么原因，怎么解决？
