We need to build a bot to facilitate ketchum gameplay. It will have a number of responsibilities.

allow users to get their first pokemon after meeting some required criteria (need to discuss ideal outcomes here, maybe we attach it to discord invites / points)
post notifications about new battles that people can join
post notifications about new battles that people can view
post notifications about new battles that people can bet on
post notifications about the outcome of battles
enable slash ( / ) command for users to "explore"
