Currently Vertica SQL Alchemy dialect only seems to support SQL Alchemy version 1 which itself lacks TLS support. Would it be possible to implement SQL Alchemy 2 with TLS support?

We have implementeted SQLAlchemy 2 support with also support for TLS connections. https://github.com/porkoaiv/vertica-sqlalchemy-dialect
