Improve local wallpaper load time

Describe the bug
It takes a lot of time to render local wallpaper ( about a second ) before which its just pitch black, unlike unsplash wallpapers.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. set local wallpaper
2. open a new tab

Expected behavior
wallpaper should load instantly

• OS: Arch/hyprland
• Browser: firefox
• Version 20.4.1

its somewhat faster on chrome, like about half second

It is usually because the image is too big, and reducing its pixel count improves performances !
