Usability: once a user leaves the home page, it's hard to return to it. #38

As a user, it's difficult to return to the home page once you have started viewing one of the featured stories.

Suggestion: Make the storyboard logo persistent across the site, and link it to the home page so that users have an easy way back out to the home page.
