Add motion to Site Starter theme

Overview

Currently, our Site Starter theme and it's leveraged Blueprint components are static. A static site does not feel in keeping with modern web design today, nor does it reflect the level of polish many low- and no-code platforms offer in their respective theme marketplaces. And, while Viget has no intentions of being in direct competition with the likes of Squarespace or Wix, we do recognize that off the shelf themes deliver a level of functional and systematic motion that our current Site Starter theme does not.

Our goal for Q1-Q2 2025 is define and implement an appropriate amount of motion in our Site Starter theme and/or Blueprint components.
