API: run code route #7

For the API we want to implement the first route :
We will be using http and json schemas
POST /run
The json body should be like this :

  "language": "rust",
  "version": "1.0.0",
  "input": "<input>",

    {
      "filename": "main.rs",

    }
  ]
}

This should return :

{
  "status": 0,
  "stdin": "<stdin>",

}
