"perl-Data-UUID needed by pbench-agent" while running pbench_setup

Hi,

I'm using a RHEL-8.4 on-demand image without RHUI installed. When I run pbench_setup/setup.sh it failed because "- nothing provides perl-Data-UUID needed by pbench-agent-0.69.4-1gaa13bda5d.noarch". After download the perl-Data-UUID package from brew and install it manually the setup.sh worked well.
Perhaps we can add a tip in the README to notice the user to install RHUI package before running setup.sh. Thanks!

Do you have a script to do that? Perhaps we can merge it into https://github.com/virt-s1/perf-agent/blob/main/pbench_setup/bin/configure_azure_environment.sh
