How to get column vertices info for created columns in column layer?

I have created squared/cuboid column using column layer with diskresolution =4 and specific radius = 250.

By knowing vertices, i also kind of get aware of the bounds for top face of column (square)

Like in the above image, how i can know the generated vertices.
