Create an extractor to pull data from a VIVO instance and create Elastic documents with it.
The CU Boulder and Unavco VIVO instances currently have extractors that pull VIVO data from fuseki or the sparqlQueryApi. The extractor then creates people, publication, and grant ES documents to support the facetview document format. A simple next step would be to modify the code to support the product evolution ES document format.
