Task: based on #7 and based on work done by #6 select technology stack & operational environment for the front end or webapp application. This is webapp-specific datastore or API to UI(s).

Definition of Done:

• Front end technology selections proposed to weekly meeting & approved
• Set up repositories or codebases for those portions
• Map requirements from Synthesis requirements to MVP 1 pager / spec #5 to dev tasks of webapp selection
• Map work from Identify volunteer to TL UX/UI design #6 to front end technology selection(s)

August 9 call: reviewing react-static.js for front end page selection. Presumes graphql or data-exposure API as data middleware.
