Describe the solution you'd like
It should support the following scenario:
A new fresh and empty instance of VIVO is installed. Configure and run the OpenAlex migration process by specifying

  • url of API
  • institution identifiers
  • scheduled task
  • VIVO graph name in which those data are ingested

As soon as OpenAlex IDs for instititions, publications, journals etc. are available in the VIVO Ontology, they should be added to the harvester mapping.
