Getting below error in our Retro App but Problem is I don't have app access & permission to check log or do any changes. Who actually created this one already left org.

An error occurred in the application and your page could not be served. If you are the application owner, check your logs for details. You can do this from the Heroku CLI with the command
heroku logs --tail

You'll want to redeploy this on a heroku instance you have access to. Best of luck!
