Upgrade version of misspell used for macOS Monterey support

Bug Report

There is a panic running the misspell checks on macOS Monterey. This is a known issue with the project.

Filing this issue to track updating once client9/misspell#190 is fixed and so any
others hitting this issue can find that it is something we are aware of.

Expected Behavior

No boom.

We're reliant on relsolution upstream. Is this something rel-eng can track, and potentially fix, once it's fixed upstream.

I was reminded of this issue today so took a quick look at the upstream issue status. There actually hasn't been any commits merged to this project since 2018, despite quite a few issues and PRs being filed since then. The project may be dead, so we may have to either find an alternative or fork the project if we want to continue using it.
