Release 1.8.2 is missing the log-router-0.4.0.tgz artifact that is usually part of the releases.

Expected behavior

Release should contain this artifact.
Our update tooling assumes that this artifact is included with the corresponding release.

Also noticed the chart version is 0.4.1 so we were expecting the new version to be inside 1.8.2
