[Bug]: None of the examples for open source telephony work

Brief Description

The replit for an incoming call with chat gpt on the other end, does not work and says "application error" when you call the twilio number. The example telephony app, when downloaded and hosted, also produces errors and hangs up immediately

Why are there no straightforward examples that actually work? All I want to do is test out vocode self hosted telephony and it's been a nightmare so far to get working.

I've run in to this too, using Cartesia. Cartesia updated their api endpoints so that's one aspect of things not working.
