Problem :

  • The latest void tag here is v.1.0.0
  • The updates are telling me that i must update to v1.0.2
  • The editor version i use is bundle from source is : v1.94.0
  • I am not able to install extension from marketplace.

Why is this a problem :

  • This might lead to some inconsistency in bug reporting.

How to reproduce :

  • Bundle the editor from source

I think this might fix #243 also, has the signature will be consistent with version number.

I don't think #243 is about version number. Also, we can accurately identify bug reporting based on commit.

Ideally you're right though, we'd display 1.0.1 or whatever version number you have. We need to figure out this versioning for CI too.
