アコーディオンのヘッダー色を変更する #1623

薄いグレー背景に敷いた時にアコーディオンUIが同化してしまい、視認性が悪いのでもう一段濃い色にしてコントラスト比を上げてください。
変更に利用する色は Basic200 です。
↓のようになります。
