Invisibility check fails after resizing main panel

Describe the Bug

After resizing the main panel, all/most groups are marked as invisible during the next view transition.

• Visit https://vtbag.dev/inspection-chamber-demo/first-page/
• resize the main panel
• select "Full Control" mode
• click "click here"
• all entries of the animation groups panel are collapsed and only visible after you toggle "in viewport" despite the fact that most are inside the viewport.

What's the expected result?

only groups off the viewport should be marked invisible.
