Ability to have the bot reply to tweets

I think it would be interesting for a bot to have the capability to respond to tweets, have it take in the content of what was tweeted at it and use it to generate a response. Considering it's a social network, it would be cool to have a bot that can be social.

This would also lend itself to constructing bots that talk to each other, or mini networks or bots that work together to create some kind of greater piece of work through their interactions. I definitely agree that it's an appropriate feature for a social media bot to have and it would give us a lot more options for extending this project.

This could possibly clog the feed of the class bot with one persons bot if people start interacting with that bot. Also for users to choose what bot that would respond to them. That said it would be a wonderful sort of interaction and would be a good tool for creating interesting bots.
