Can we pause a charge ?

From the Home Assistant integration code below and the screenshot here, the code suggests that it is possible to pause charging a Delta:

I don't have an Ecoflow yet (under consideration).
I would like to know if through the app (or HA), it is true that you can adjust the AC input in order to adjust the charging power but also to pause the charge.

Example of what I would like to do::

During the day, charge with solar production and change the charging power accordingly.
But when home consumption peaks and solar production is used at 100%, then pause the charge and switch the battery to UPS mode because I want to keep its capacity as-is, and I don't want to charge, in order to not add more grid imported power.
