QSM_Container.simg test failed

Dear Prof Zachariou,

I've run into a similar issue that was previously raised here: #10
I downloded the simg file from
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1NFV2z0yIEPKGblQVrcMe8bza8ZS21AO7/view?usp=sharing

And have git cloned the main branch of this repository.

ERROR: QSM_Container.simg test FAILED!

I am on Ubuntu 24.04 as well as Singularity CE 4.2.1. Any ideas on how to troubleshoot this?

Dear Collegue,

try uninstalling Singularity and reinstalling the right version that should work with Prof Zachariou's Singularity container image. I've succesfully used up to version 3.11.x and have got an archived copy of a .deb installer for Debian and Ubuntu systems, you can download from my cloud storage here:

(this was built for Focal, should not work for your Ubuntu Noble, just download 3.11 source .tar archive and build by yourself following instructions).
