[use-cases] term mismatch: "severity level" vs "relative priority for people with disabilities"? #670

5.1.1 "…The issues are filed as bugs in the central bug tracking system and are processed according to their severity level, together with other content issues."

Was it intentional to use the term "severity level" here instead of the previously defined term "relative priority for people with disabilities"?

"severity" in the same context is also used in 5.1.2 and 5.4.2. Perhaps define the term "severity level" to mean the larger issue of "relative priority for people with disabilities"
