Findings are getting doubled after reopening JSON

Describe the bug
Our auditer saves the findings as JSON in last step (View report) and button "Download Report (JSON)".
A controler will check the audit. He/She opens the previously saved JSON file.
In some cases all findings are saved multiple times. We can't figure out what's going wrong.
As this happens some SC do have the correct results and findings, other are "Not checked".
If we have a look at the latest step we see double results and all "missed" findings are still in the JSON, but not shown in step 4.
