"Start Downloading" not working.

Describe the bug
The "Start Downloading" button is greyed out and unclickable.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open App
2. Sign into Steam
3. Select Game install location
4. The "Start Downloading" button is greyed out and unclickable.

Expected behavior
The "Start Downloading" button should be green and clickable.

Screenshots
Cannot see a way to add the screenshot. Will try after initial issue submission.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS: Windows 10
• Game Version you started from 1.6.640
• Trying to downgrade to 1.5.97
• Mod Manager Vortex

I have the same issue.
Everything similar with OP but the Mod Manager is MO2

Problem solved with using this exe:
BestOfBoth_1.6.640.0-1.5.97.0.exe-57618-2022-09-20-1663709095

Not this one:
Patcher.exe-61756-2-0-5-1641909154
