Cannot remove items from Ignore List

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to Options > Ignore List (or CTRL+i).
2. Select a show, or series of shows.
3. Click Remove, and nothing happens. Shows remains ignored.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Show(s) should now appear back in the scan list, and not show in the ignore 
list.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

2.2.0b7

Please provide any additional information below.

Running on Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit.  I can manually edit the 
TVRenameSettings.xml file, which does what I need, however, this is obviously 
not ideal.
