[plugin] Your plugin is malfunctioning

I received this email 6 days ago. WakaTime was detecting VS Code running 24 hours for a few days, and since last Friday it stopped working.
In the log, I see the messages:

• "failed to run command: sending heartbeat(s) failed: won't send heartbeat due to backoff without proxy";
• "Consuming heartbeats has been disabled for account e66c1fbd-xxxxxxx".

Can you help me?
