Problem

For some reason when nwaku node run with store and filter/light push mounted it does not advertise other protocols

When store is not mounted it shows correct protocols:

Current version of nwaku in the CI wakuorg/nwaku:v0.31.0.

Solution

Check if it is because there is a delay with how much time nwaku needs for protocols to be mounted.
Try to update CI to use later released version of nwaku and see if advertisement works fine.

Potentially can be resolved by upgrading nwaku in CI #2176
