Problem

Developers have to mess around with webpack to use js-waku, this is a pain in a React environment (See docs).

We plan to remove polyfills: #337 but we should provide a short term solution

Proposed Solutions

Add a shim a la ether.js so that no webpack change is needed to use js-waku with create-react-app.
