once user is editing a WRITE attribute a popup must appear with save button, star button (save as favorite) and a list of favorite values, see #191

This should replace dedicated write form

As there is no easy way to implement complex inline editor, see, for instance: 1 and 2

The solution for now is to leave both i.e. inline text and edit form. The later will provide rich functionality while the first one just quick edit
