Be able to add users to a team by searching for people already signed up to the app, rather than needing to specify an email address

If worried about security, could have some guard that you can only invite people who you are already in another team with

As a user

Given i can create a new team

When i click + in the people panel, I should be able to type a person’s name who I know already has access to the app

Then an auto-complyeye-y-dropdown-y list should show up with people I could invite

Then I select one, and they are added to the the new team
