Library works well for 90% of records, send to chrome|firefox|edge but some subscribers get this errors:
403 Forbidden response: the key in the authorization header does not correspond to the sender ID used to subscribe this user`

Does it happen specifically for Safari users? Maybe this discussion will help. The story short: apple requires sub claim to be provided + be an URL or "mailto:" string.
