The markers implementation is compatible with the awp-sw chunking.
Ideally, this implementation could be used as a library that uses awp-sw.
The implementation should produce exact CIDs for WACZ and WACZ directory as awp-sw.

(Next phase would be to refactor awp-sw to also use wacz2car)
