Soundings and maybe other text is cut of at tile borders and unreadable.

Could you enable some debug stuff to show the tile bounds?
To do this:
Create a file environment.txt in /usr/lib/avnav/plugins/ochartsng
and insert

AVNAV_DEBUG_OCHARTS=1
export AVNAV_DEBUG_OCHARTS

Afterwards you need to restart the ocharts(ng) provider (or just avnav). This will give you the tile bounds and the tile numbers.

Would be good to know about the location of the soundings problem (is different from the LNDARE text issue).
