Default location for downloading the Helm binary should switch to https://get.helm.sh #31

The bucket https://kubernetes-helm.storage.googleapis.com/ became unavailable. As announced in this blog post in 2019, the default location should switch to https://get.helm.sh/. At the moment, end users are require to change it manually in the consuming build script.

helm {
    install {
        url = "https://get.helm.sh/$helmFilename"
    }
}

This line needs to point to the new location. Using the plugin as-is won't work for end users.
