描述/Description

添加类似 Eros-FE 的图片屏蔽功能，支持二维码和哈希值屏蔽，可以很好地实现屏蔽牛皮癣广告组的广告图（大多都带二维码

这可以很大地提升观看体验，目前似乎只有 Eros-FE 有实现这个功能
