time to archive this repo?

This package is no longer compatible with React, and looks to be unmaintained. It would make a lot of sense to hit up the repo settings and archive it (which will keep it around, just clearly marked as no longer supported) and issuing one final npm deprecate command so that npm also notifies people that this package is not something they want to be relying on going forward.

Good open source also has a solid final chapter. Wrapping up an abandoned project is just as important as taking a project to v1 =)

Its been a year and still this is not marked as archived. This causes lots of conflicts for many projects using this library
