Stack the Fleet list, Equipment list and current fleet panel in a column
In the current fleet panel, put the vehicle name, license plate, and vin number in a row
In the current fleet panel, list the vehicles's equipment in a 3 column grid below the row of the vehicle info (name, license, vin)
