When I restore a saved layout (MVVM), I can't return the HostWindow to the MainWindow.

I created a layout from an MVVM example and tried to save and open the saved layout. When I restore the layout, I can change the location of the tool, but when I drag the tool to a separate Host window, I can't bring it back
