Give all edits a special tag

We need to make sure all edits made by the wizard have their own tag for auditability.

Assigning this to myself to figure out if I need to create a tag first using the admin interface or something. Ankit, you don't have to care about this one for now.

If this is done, it'll only work for edits by registered users. The API does not allow edits by unregistered users to carry tags. Using a common edit summary suffix is another way for auditability.

at the end of the edit summary it should say (using the [[User:Ankit18gupta/Editwizard|edit wizard]])
