After creating the app and transferring components from the old one (I have a task to update everything), I encountered an error with react-native-pdf and react-native-compressor. I identified this by the method of elimination; even if I install one of these libraries, I still get a build error.

No, because the change is made directly in the node_modules folder, which is inherently incorrect since other developers on the team would need to avoid modifying it and simply install and develop. This is especially important for juniors to save time on explanations.

For time being you can test modifying node_modules and if it is worked, then will wait until its merged or make a fork and fix.
