Epic: New Payment Methods Batch 2

The goal of this epic is to enable four new payment methods, TWINT, BLIK, BECS and Swish. The epic may start with four spikes if deemed necessary, one for each method to help determine unique cases or considerations for that payment method. All four payment methods will be managed under a single project with just this one epic.
