Cannot create new Stack with deferred_auth_method=password

When heat.conf contains deferred_auth_method=password, and the create stack request contains "files" attribute with references to other tempalte files, the create request must contains headers "X-Auth-User" and "X-Auth-Key" with user credentials, but they are not in.

Maybe it could be fixed with something to add custom headers to request.
