BabblaAdvice에 속해있는 ExceptionHandler 들의 테스트 코드가 있으면 좋겠다는 생각이 듭니다.
"Exception을 테스트 할 필요가 있나?" 라는 생각이 지배적이었지만,

ConstraintViolationException & MethodArgumentNotValidException 들의 에러 메세지가 기똥차게 나오는 것을 보고
생각이 많이 바뀌었습니다. 에러 메세지가 어떻게 나오는지 보기 위해서 테스트가 필요할 것 같아요!
