pgminer binary segfaults on RHEL8

Hello,

The binary of pgminer segfaults on RHEL8. Could you rebuild it for future releases or workcraft? It probably needs the latest version of Haskell?

./PGMiner/pgminer -h pgminer: loadlocale.c:129: _nl_intern_locale_data: Assertion cnt < (sizeof (_nl_value_type_LC_TIME) / sizeof (_nl_value_type_LC_TIME[0]))' failed. Abort (core dumped)

The stack.yaml will need to be updated. See: tuura/process-mining#14
